Norm grew up on a small dairy farm near Waupaca, Wisconsin. He is not afraid of hard work, and it shows. He has dedicated his life to the accounting profession. After a couple years with the military, he successfully took the CPA exam and received a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh.
The technology and accounting worlds are constantly changing. Norm is always looking to the future. The continuing education he does is to maintain the high level of service he gives his clients. He also enjoys researching and implementing the appropriate technology.
Oshkosh felt like home to Norm, so he decided to raise his family here. Norm and his wife, Syl, still live in Oshkosh, but his boys have moved on. Brad, his wife Lindsey, and their twins, Cooper and Avery, live in the Milwaukee Area. John moved a bit further and made New York City his home.

Norm still spends time on the family homestead in Waupaca to enjoy the country living. The YMCA offers Norm a great variety of exercise, but one of his favorites is bicycling. Last year he joined his son, John and 32,000 other cyclists, to bike car-free through five boroughs of the Big Apple. Norm, and his wife Syl, have also enjoyed group travel through a local travel agency.
